Currently I prefer making the whole team stand in one area to asking if everyone is ready, because that makes things much eaiser. But this would also work

Thread about this was created before, but Anet didn't do anything about it.

and instead of a button we could use colors in the name bar left click yer name your ready, right click it yer afk???
the afk would be useful and faster than bringing up your chat screen and typing when real life happens.

had one yesterday, i asked the group not to start since we had all just arrived in the mission town and i needed the loo, went, then got myself a drink, came back, and we were in the start of the mission and people were bitching that they had an AFKer.
Clearly someone had hit 1 too many times, and this would be an excelent addition. The only trouble is if somebody is paying a runner, maybe they go AFK while the run is going on, watch some TV, so when that "Not all your party or ready" box flashes up, they should still be able to entire mission anyway.
The "Ready" button can just go in the same palce as the "Enter Mission" button for party leaders.
